Guarantee booking
- To guarantee a booking, advance payment is required prior to arrival.
Deposit for booking with 8 days and above:
- A miscellaneous deposit of RM200 (1 Bedroom Suite), RM400 (2 Bedroom Suite), RM600 (3 Bedroom Suite) is required with full payment made prior to check-in.
- Miscellaneous deposit is refundable upon clearing of all outstanding / miscellaneous charges upon check-out.
Deposit for booking with 7 days and below:
- A miscellaneous deposit of RM100 (1 Bedroom Suite), RM200 (2 Bedroom Suite), RM300 (3 Bedroom Suite) is required with full payment made prior to check-in.
- Miscellaneous deposit is refundable upon clearing of all outstanding / miscellaneous charges upon check-out.
In view of COVID-19 situation, we understand that travel plans can change, hence we have updated our cancellation policy to give you the flexibility and ease of booking with us.
Cancellation / No Show / Shorten Stay
- Cancellation or modification up to 24 hours before check-in is free of charge. Any cancellation or modification made with less than 24 hours notice will be subjected to One (1) night room charge based on daily rates.
- Payments made are non-refundable for No Show guest.
- One (1) night room charge or administration fees of 10% of the total room charge, whichever is higher will be charged for Shorten Stay.
- For reservations made through online booking platforms or third-party travel agencies/professionals, please contact them directly. We have advised them of our refund policy, existing third-party terms and conditions may prevail.
