Guarantee, Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Guarantee booking
- To guarantee a booking, advance payment is required prior to arrival.
Deposit for booking with 8 days and above:
- A miscellaneous deposit of RM200 (1 Bedroom Suite), RM400 (2 Bedroom Suite), RM600 (3 Bedroom Suite) is required with full payment made prior to check-in.
- Miscellaneous deposit is refundable upon clearing of all outstanding/miscellaneous charges upon check-out.
Deposit for booking with 7 days and below:
- A miscellaneous deposit of RM100 (1 Bedroom Suite), RM200 (2 Bedroom Suite), RM300 (3 Bedroom Suite) is required with full payment made prior to check-in.
- Miscellaneous deposit is refundable upon clearing of all outstanding/miscellaneous charges upon check-out.
Cancellation / No Show / Shorten Stay
- Cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in is refundable with an administration fee of RM50 will be imposed. Any cancellation made with less than 48 hours notice will be subjected to One (1) night room charge based on daily rates.
- Payments made are non-refundable for No Show guests.
- Shorten Stay, an administration fee of 10% of the total room or One (1) night room charge based on daily rates, whichever is lower will be charged.
- For reservations made through online booking platforms or third-party travel agencies/professionals, please contact them directly. We have advised them of our refund policy, existing third-party terms and conditions may prevail.
