My wife and I spent 2 wonderful years at Wedgewood. I would like to thank the entire team for their support and care throughout my stay. The place is great and the service is wonderful. The entire team is attentive and patient.

We are a group of 13 with wheelchair persons, staying in this residence for 4 days in December 2023. It was an extremely wonderful experience staying here. I must say the manager Azmi and shuttle driver Amir has made our journey really smooth. They ask correct questions, they prepare with details and they do beyond our expectations.

Their suites, with 1-3 bedrooms options are well equipped. Kitchen are tidy and with what we need to cook a meal.
We especially like the living room with TV and balcony. It was spacious to house big group to have an enjoyable night.

I and my family stayed at Wedgewood Residences for 3 months in 2022, and thoroughly loved it. It is a place that gives you a homely feel with all the amenities and comforts of a good hotel. The premises are well maintained, and the staff under the leadership of property manager Ms. May Liew is very cordial and cooperative. I liked the gym at the property, and my kids loved the swimming pool. To top it all, it is the most dog friendly property in Mont Kiara. My dog adds his jumping and barking “Thank You!” Wedgewood is an ideal place if you’re looking for a home-like place over a short-to-medium duration stay when visiting KL, or for transit accommodation like in my case. If you’re an expat family, you could also consider the place for your permanent stay.

After roughly four (4) months spent at the Wedgewood Residences, we want to take this opportunity to pass along a huge THANK YOU to everyone who made our stay so fantastic.

When we first arrived in KL, we knew very little about the city, but through friends we were directed to the Mont Kiara region. After visiting a couple properties, the Wedgewood stood out from the others. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our questions. The property offered good amenities, grand proportions, and a nice location. The large three-bedroom apartments were perfect for our growing family.

Throughout our stay, we only grew to appreciate the entire team at Wedgewood further. Andrew was accommodating to our unclear plans and was flexible to my last-minute apartment extensions. Jes was always ready in the morning to shuttle our kids to the nearby preschool. Ms. May took special interest in our kids and appeared to be everywhere at once at times (is there anything she doesn’t do)!? The team was also very kind and supportive when we welcomed our newborn in July and welcomed our visiting family members before and after.

Thank you again for your outstanding support, and for welcoming our family so graciously at the Wedgewood Residences. We will forever appreciate your kind accommodations!

Great place to reside! All staff at Wedgewood have a high sense of professionalism (reception, cleaning & laundry staff, breakfast area, etc.) and are caring very much to ensure their visitors have a very pleasant stay. Client orientation is a fundamental skill for them! In a nutshell, I do strongly recommend this place!

Apartment yang sangat selesa dan bersih serta cantik. Kemudahan yang lengkap dan pool untuk anak2 mandi. Akan repeat lagi kalau datang ke KL. Staff pun ramah dan sangat membantu. Harga sangat berbaloi untuk keselesaan semua. Memang recommended sangat.

Once we arrived in Wedgewood from our quarantine back in December 2021, it was very refreshing to have such a spacious, well-maintained penthouse for the 4 of us. We stayed 6 weeks there on the top floor and we absolutely  felt like home – especially thankful for the lovely staff working there.

We received additional utensils for cooking so we ended up having a pretty well equiped kitchen.
The staff was attentive and always helped us out or gave advice if we needed some local tips & tricks.
Lovely breakfast every morning and great location – beside Solaris and also walking distance (for the walker types) from Mont Kiara malls – 1 Mont Kiara and 163.
Need to mention that you need a ride to get anywhere from Wedgewood.

I stayed at Wedgewood during my first business trip in Kuala Lumpur for about two weeks. Their staff Azmi has been extremely supportive from the planning of the trip until my last day in Malaysia. Whenever I faced any trouble or need any help, he was always available. I’ve been to many countries and stayed at different kinds of accommodations. This is really the first time I experience such high level of customer services. You are a star, Azmi! Thank you again for taking so good care of me! Wedgewood is definitely a place I’d always come back to. See you very soon!

My family of 3 stayed in Wedgewood Residences for a week for our quarantine and i can say it was the BEST place to stay in KL. The food provided for quarantine was from a restaurant called Souled Out and everything on the menu was amazing. The manager Azmi is such an efficient guy who is willing to help at any time of the day even on his day off! Also the service by the housekeeping and restaurant was amazing. Unfortunately we had to move out to another serviced residence while waiting for our permanent house due to location issues and the service was NOTHING compared to Wedgewood Residences. Parking was free and covenient. Location was great, not too far from the shopping areas. Also they are very flexible and not rigid in their services. Price is also reasonable. Best part is they have a smart TV with Netflix! Perfect for quarantine. I would highly highly recommend this residence for anyone who wants a comfortable and happy stay. The place is a little old but nothing to complain about that as it is maintained very well. Thank you to all the staffs at Wedgewood Residences for making our stay enjoyable.

Everything you need in a hotel but better. Spacious suites, cooking facilities, Smart TV, everything is well maintained. I like the friendly attentive service given by the staff. Highly recommended.

This place is great. Nearby locations for food. The bed is great. They even have a lil info on what type of pillows are given. The hot water is heavenly. The breakfast is meh but it’s decent enough. Will definitely return for another staycation.

Exceptional hospitality and spacious apartments – ideal for a temporary home! I moved with my family (parents + 1 kid) to Malaysia in July 2021. Since we came during MCO (lockdown), we could not move into a permanent new apartment upon arrival. Hence, we decided on Wedgewood Residences to serve us for a temporary period as intermediate home. We stayed 2 full months in a 3-bedroom, 2,000 sqft apartment with kitchen and balcony. It was a serviced apartment with 3x cleaning service per week. The location is perfectly situated in the heart of Mont Kiara with many shops and restaurants in walking distance. KLCC is just a 20 minutes car ride away. The building itself is next to a big condominium called La Grande Kiara and shares the same entrance gate. The entrance hall in victorian style is very welcoming. Wedgewood Residences may appear a bit older – but has a great charm and everything is in a good working condition. We experienced in case of something breaking or a technical problem that help was immediately given to fix the issue. Overall, the friendliness and hospitality of all personnel at Wedgewood Residences was outstanding. Being a local brand and not a big international chain, the local factor turns out to be a huge plus for them. We received free complimentary underground parking near the elevator to our apartment. In case we needed to print something, the printing was provided complimentary as well. With each cleaning we received 3x 1.5L bottles of mineral drinking water – included in the room charge. Knowing that I had to work from home during MCO the management prepared one of the 3 bedrooms as an office room prior to our arrival by removing the bed and providing a desk & office chair – a very welcomed service and “understanding of customer needs”. In all other areas the personnel always lended a helping hand. If anything to improve then I would recommend even more kitchen equipment – that is only if you are a heavy cooker. 😉 We also used the gym and the pool once MCO allowed to do so. In both places you might see the age of equipment/area the most – but everything was always clean and served the purpose of training and recreation very well. We could also recognise that the team took their responsibility of sanitisation and health protocol in these times seriously. I cannot comment much on the food from the breakfast menu as we only experienced it once – however that experience was good. We can only recommend to choose Wedgewood Residences for their temporary home in Kuala Lumpur if you need to bridge 1-3 months. I did not attach photos to my review because I did not find anything different than what was shown on the pictures on their website.

I have stayed in their 3 room apartment for few weekends. Me and my family love the unit so much that we have listed the place as one of the recommended place for family gathering. The facilities provided are great, equipped with complete kitchen appliances, washing machine and dryer. We’ve took the package without the breakfast as we found that the breakfast set was very basic and the chef in charged was rude towards me and the family when we visited the place for the 1st time. This is the only thing I think it could be improved Otherwise, other staffs and the hospitality provided is 1st class. We are looking forward to have frequent family gathering there. My 2nd stay here. Good location, Good parking allocation for guests which you can access your unit directly from your bay. Service is excellent. Place is nice and quiet with ample space around the compound. Worth the stay here.

We stayed at The Wedgewood from December to June and we’re extremely glad we found it. We had a 3-bedroomed serviced residence which was cleaned 3 times a week and we were even allowed to have our cats stay with us. Mary Lim and staff went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Even when the pandemic started and lockdown began, the staff were still smiling and working extra hard to keep us all safe. The apartments are spacious and have everything you need to live comfortably. The location in Mont Kiara couldn’t be better, there is a supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away as well as a variety of restaurants. The Wedgewood is well worth a stay, don’t pass it up.

I think the Hotel Management did their best, it is outstanding in this difficult times.

All the housekeeper do their best to prevent and sanitize the hotel, I was impressed. The hotel room is clean and feel soft.

We booked a 2 Bedroom Suite. The unit is big, clean and good security. There is no different than your usual hotel stays. I love the dining room in the unit, a comfortable place for us to do our office work. There is a proper check-in counter and secured car park. Good internet speed. Housekeeping is done daily. A safe area, you get lots of restaurant within 200m of walking distance to the left and right of the Apartment (Hotel). You can travel easily using Grab.

Situé dans un quartier calme avec toutes commodités à quelques mètres a pied (restos a foison, bars, supermarché, massages, banques, …). 1/4 d’heures en taxi de l’hyper centre .télécharger l’application Grab (correspondant à UBER en Europe) et usez de ces taxis privés (entre 3 et 4 euros pour l’hyper centre ou 15 euros pour l’aéroport). Pour la résidence, différents types d’appartement très convenables, propres (ménage fait tous les jours), spacieux, bien équipé. piscine parfaite. personnel absolument charmant et tellement serviable (comme tous les malaisiens d’ailleurs). prix plus que très abordable. bref, foncez y…
